  1. Pre-Booking Process
    1. You should be the registered visitor for HGH India tradeshow for pre-booking of catalogue.
    2. By participating in the HGH India Catalogue pre-booking process, you agree to abide by all the mentioned terms and conditions.
    3. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the pre-booking process at any time without prior notice.
    4. Pre-Booking does not guarantee HGH India Catalogue availability.
    5. HGH India catalogue availability is subject to factors beyond the Company’s control, such as manufacturing delays or supply chain disruptions.
  2. Payment
    1. Pre-Booking fee for HGH India catalogue is non-refundable.
    2. The pre-booking fee or payment amount has been communicated to the Customer during the pre-booking process.
    3. Failure of Payment at payment gateway while pre-booking HGH India Catalogue needs to be cross-verified with your bank.
    4. If the amount gets debited from your bank while pre-booking the catalogue and confirmation receipt is not generated, kindly check your booking status with the HGH India team.
  3. HGH India Catalogue Availability
    1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pre-booked orders based on HGH India Catalogue availability.
    2. The Company will communicate anticipated delivery timelines to the visitors. However, these timelines are estimates and are subject to change.

  4. Delivery
    1. HGH India Pre-Booked Catalogue will be delivered to visitors during the show days from July 01-04, 2025, at Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai.
  5. Cancellation
    1. Once the order is confirmed, cancellation will not be accepted.
  6. Refund
    1. The Organiser reserves the right to refund the amount in case of non-availability of the catalogue.
